Infolink SA is a unique nearshore IT services and product support provider based right on the U.S.-Mexico border (El Paso/Juarez), with offices in Mexico City and San José, California.
Infolink has been serving corporate IT departments, software companies and online product/service vendors since 2001, to whom they deliver superior price/performance in technical support, application support, professional software services and staff augmentation, all provided remotely from their nearshore location.
Infolink customers include Fortune 500 and international companies such as IBM, Wellpoint, Motive, Delphi, EDM (a division of GE), SecureOrigins and WSI, as well as small and medium size companies.
Our management team is comprised of dedicated individuals from diverse backgrounds. All of them have been educated at prestigious American and Mexican universities, and they bring Infolink customers a depth of expertise in the areas of IT, customer and product support, and software development. Infolink's board of directors includes former and current senior executives in the IT infrastructure and software support fields from world class organizations such IBM, SSPA, and Unisys.
